UV Blanket and Roller Washes

UV inks and coatings require chemistry selected for their cured or uncured binder system, the cleaning method and press-material compatibility.

UV chemistry is application-specific

A product effective on conventional ink may not work on UV residues. Identify the ink or coating type and whether contamination is fresh, dried or cured.

Protect press materials

Aggressive cleaning may swell elastomers, change roller properties or damage coatings. Confirm permitted chemistry and run a controlled trial.

Documentation before use

Working instructions, PPE, ventilation, storage and waste handling must follow the current SDS and TDS for the selected product.

SELECTION PROTOCOL

How we approach this application

Data required for a reliable recommendation

Send the process, material, contamination, equipment, current procedure, required result, volume, packaging and documentation needs. This separates chemical selection from mechanical or procedural issues.

Controlled trial before implementation

Change one variable at a time: concentration, contact time, temperature or mechanical action. Assess the final result after drying, rinsing or restarting production, not only during application.

Documentation and safe use

Before B2B implementation, confirm current SDS/TDS, PPE, storage conditions, material compatibility and waste-handling rules for the exact product and market.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does a UV wash remove cured material?

Performance depends on formulation, degree of cure, substrate and permitted cleaning method. A trial is required.

Do you provide SDS and TDS?

Available documents are supplied for confirmed products and markets on request.

Discuss your application

Send the application, product type, market, packaging, documentation needs and expected volume. We will confirm the most relevant next step.
